Be it low priced through Delhivery, Blue Dart, and DTDC, eKart logistics, Xpressbees, FedEx, and Gati for logistics or especially reliable and secure by a specifically trained freight forwarder. And in addition you can also pick up your order yourself at our Shop if you prefer. On this page you´ll find an overview of all available shipping methods.

Exchange or Return of Goods

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you can request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

How it works:

Contact our customer support with your order details and reason for return/exchange.

Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.

Once the product is received and inspected, we will process the replacement or refund promptly.

Note: Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for returns unless defective.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

Products will not be accepted for return or exchange if any component, accessory, or part of the original packaging is missing. This includes tags, labels, pouches, or any free items that came with the product. To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, please make sure all pieces are intact and included when sending the item back to us.

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

A client that's unhappy for a reason is a problem, a client that's unhappy though he or her can't quite put a finger on it is worse. Chances are there wasn't collaboration, communication, and checkpoints, there wasn't a process agreed upon or specified with the granularity required.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Delivery on public holidays may vary depending on the courier service. Orders placed during public holidays are usually processed on the next working day. You will still receive updates on your order status, and we ensure dispatch as soon as courier operations resume.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

Yes! We deliver across India to almost all pin codes. During checkout, you can enter your postcode to confirm availability. If your area is not serviceable, our team will contact you with alternative delivery options.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

Next-day delivery is available for select locations and products only. Delivery depends on product availability, order time, and your location. During checkout, you will see if next-day delivery is an option for your order.
